Making Money Online – The Simple Version

Everyone wants to know the “secret” to making money online. Please don’t waste your time and money searching for the best “Get Rich Quick” idea on the Internet. If it hasn’t hit you yet, you will soon realize that you have a limited amount of time left. It is your most valuable asset so be prudent and try not to waste it.

Making money online is not difficult but to have a constant stream of passive income (the best kind to have) you have to create a “real” business. You can sell all the junk in your house on EBay to make some money but when you run out of “junk”, your income is gone. That is a garage sale, not a business.

It may be cheaper, faster and easier to set up an online business than a “brick & mortar” offline business but all the basics are the same. I can save you hundreds, perhaps thousands of dollars right now by giving you the “secret” for creating a money making business on the Internet. Please don’t spend any more time or money looking for this.

#1 Find a “hungry market”. This is a group of people passionate about a common interest.

#2 Make sure these people already freely spend money on whatever they are passionate about.

#3 Find or create a product that satisfies the “hunger” of this group.

#4 Let the group know you have the product that they want. (Internet Marketing)

#5 Sell them the product and keep their name and address so that you can sell them something else next week.

That’s It! And yet 95% of new online businesses fail. Many, many books and courses have been written on every aspect of the five points above. It is very easy to lose focus, get buried in information and spend a lot of time and money without making a dime (been there-done that).

I assume you are here because you are over 45 and you want to make the next thirty to forty years, the very best of your life. For that to happen, you need money. But that is not all you need. You need a particular mindset and step by step guidance until you have a constant stream of income and the confidence to know that you can repeat your success over and over again. I can only recommend that you join our membership site and read my book, “A Smart Person’s Guide to a Great Retirement” and follow the included video workshop for setting up your basic niche business. Massage for Health

I like the way Baby Boomers think. I ask everyone who has completed the wealth building section of “The Smart Person’s Guide to a Great Retirement”, “What are you doing with your money now that you have new streams of passive income?” I expected to hear about new homes, new vehicles, trips and paying off debts but I’m pleased to hear from so many people that are spending time and money taking care of their bodies. New spa and gym memberships seem to be a priority, a few personal trainers but lots of weekly massage treatments.

Back in the old stressful Corporate days, I would have very painful knots in my shoulders that never went away. I finally got relief when I started having a weekly massage. Even though it was medicinal, at that time, I felt it was such a luxury that I hesitated to talk about it. Well now we know how those movie stars manage to stay young looking and active. They have the time and money to take care of themselves.

Some of you who have never had extra money, tell me that you are hoarding your new wealth in stocks and real estate or just building up big bank accounts. Remember that we are planning to make the next 30-40 years, the very best of our lives. Spend some of that money on yourself! Take care of your body and get a massage. A good therapist will keep your blood flowing, your joints loose and your muscles relaxed. Add a little exercise and you may be amazed at how good you feel.

If you and your spouse or partner have never experimented with giving each other full body massages, it may be just the thing to add some heat to your love life. I’m sure Jon will have something to say about that on his new free membership site: http://www.GreatSexOver50.com.

Building Your Dream House?

So many friends and subscribers have mentioned that they are finally building their dream homes. Baby Boomers with money are retiring and we want to be comfortable. I have learned many things since my mother and father-in-law moved in with us. One of the most obvious is how much we take our mobility for granted.

I’m sure you can all pitch in something on this post. I’ll start out by saying, build your house with the idea that you will be living in it when you are ninety-five. It is much easier design it now with wide interior doors, space for ramps, grab bars and no stairs. Think of it as avoiding the argument with your kids the first time they think of sending you to a senior care center because you can’t get a wheel chair into your kitchen.

Atrophic Vaginitis (dry vagina)

The number one complaint of mature couples who start to have sexual relations after a period of celibacy, is painful or uncomfortable intercourse due to the dryness of the woman’s vagina. Be patient! This is a very solvable problem.

Atrophic Vaginitis (also known as vaginal atrophy or urogenital atrophy) is an inflammation of the vagina (and the outer urinary tract) due to the thinning and shrinking of the tissues, the secretion of mucus is gone which leaves a dry feeling. The most common cause of vaginal atrophy is the decrease in estrogen which happens naturally during perimenopause, and increasingly so in postmenopause.

Genital symptoms include dryness, itching, burning, soreness, pressure, thick yellow white discharge, malodorous discharge, infection, painful sexual intercourse, bleeding after intercourse. In addition, sores and cracks may occur.

Urinary symptoms include painful urination, blood in the urine, increased frequency of urination, incontinence, and increased likelihood and occurrence of infections.

Treatment – Topical estrogen creams or tablets may be used vaginally. Oral or transdermal estrogen may be used. Sexual activity is also helpful. A water-soluble vaginal lubricant may be useful. Within eight to ten weeks, that moisture content and the thickness of the tissue in the vagina should be restored. There are risks involved in using estrogen. YOU MUST CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR FOR THE TREATMENT THAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU!

Women who experience this needs a lot of understanding from their partners especially when it comes to sex. Bear in mind that this problem can be fixed. During the “revitalizing” weeks, non-penetrating sex can be exiting and medicinal. Patience will be rewarded.

(We are not offering medical advice just information for you to discuss with your doctor.)

Enjoying Life?

Overworked and underpaid? In a rut? Dragging along day after day just dreading the next situation that needs your attention? Feel like you need a Genie or at least a lottery win to get off the merry-go-round and start living the life you really want?

You Are Not Alone!

Baby Boomers have been working hard most of their lives to build the American Dream for themselves and their families. When the Tech Bubble burst, many of us lost 30-70% of our savings, our businesses and our plans for an early retirement. With more long hours and hard work, a few have recovered from the devastation of the first half of this decade only to be hit with more challenges from wildfires to outrageous medical expenses.

What Happened To “The Easy Life”

As a kid, I thought life was supposed to get easier as you got older.I guess I saw retirees with great pension plans buying new cars, traveling or moving to Florida.Grandparents taking their grandkids to Disney World or just relaxing in a rocking chair on the front porch.WOW, what a fantasy world.  Reality ? no pension; mounting debts from education loans, variable rate home mortgages, rising property taxes and medical expenses; aches & pains and that stupid doctor who starts every conversation with, ” When you reach a certain age…”

What Happens Next?

If you are like most people, nothing; a dull, depressing continuation of the status quo. You are in a rut. Even if you don?t like it, things are familiar, maybe even comfortable . You will continue until you try to retire but probably start working a part time job to “make ends meet”. You might play a little golf or even take a cruise or travel overseas. And then, you get sick or have a heart attack or stroke and you enter a nursing home “just until you recover.” And then it’s over…

You Say That?s Not Going To Happen To You?

Prove it! Start a unique retirement plan right now.Take an afternoon off and go to a park or anywhere you can be comfortable and alone.Turn off your cell phone. Now, make a list of what would make YOU happy for the next thirty years.Be specific.Under each item, list the ways you can make this change happen now.

Take Action

Obviously, this is the part where most people choke. They will wait for the ?right? time or they will get busy, appearing to act but really just spinning some wheels.Either way, nothing really happens. You have to be decisive.Take bold steps and don?t look back.I?m not saying quit your dead-end job tomorrow, but set a date.Take charge of your life.Know what your next step is going to be and make sure you take it.You will be surprised at how powerful and liberated this knowledge and action makes you feel.

Hidden Dangers

I?m not a psychologist but I do know that our minds like order in our lives. You are making plans to crawl out of your rut and improve your life, you are disrupting the norm, causing a little chaos for a while.Moving through this chaos may be uncomfortable. The first thing your brain is going to want to do is return to the familiar rut. Don’t let this happen! You have to find ways to close the door behind you so that you can move forward and never slide back.

Feeling Your Mortality

You have probably come to realize that you are not going to live forever. You have done your first forty or fifty years by the book and found out you want more.If you want to make the next thirty years the very best of your life, you have to make it happen.I know this sounds like more work and more energy than you have in you right now.But the clock is ticking. If you want a change, now is the time to start. This is a challenge but the rewards are great.

Is This Really Possible?

Only you can answer that.I think it is.One thing for sure, if you do nothing for another month, you will be 30 days older and still be in the same rut.Act Now!

Enjoy your 2nd Adult life with everything we can provide. http://www.AddedYears.com
